​ 新生體檢專區

依據教育部《學校衛生法》第8條：「學校應建立學生健康管理制度，定期辦理學生健康檢查。」、《學校健康檢查實施辦法》第4條：「學校辦理新生入學時，應進行學生健康基本資料調查，並做成紀錄。」及《中國醫藥大學新生健康檢查實施要點》第5條：「未依規定完成健康檢查之學生，視同未完成入學程序。」故為維護學生健康，早期發現健康問題、早期治療，並預防傳染病，本校新生入學時依規定應完成體檢。

一、實施對象：114學年第一學期入學新生(含大學生、碩博班、復學生、轉學生、外籍生)

二、檢查方式：

（一）到校參加新生體檢：

體檢地點：校本部歷史建築區人文藝術中心二樓

體檢時間：請各系所依規劃時段準時前往，以免造成流程阻塞。

          11：00前須完成報到程序。

體檢費用：台幣1200元整/每人（費用於報到當日現場繳交）

備註：

1.凡於8/25（含當日）之後報到的學生（包含私醫聯招轉學生、碩博班備取生及復學生），不會列入9/1、9/2附醫新生健檢名單。
這些學生請於 9/8–9/30 期間：

  • 至中國醫藥大學附設醫院進行體檢（需先填寫線上預約表單），或
  • 自行前往衛福部評鑑合格之醫院完成體檢。

2.9/1前請勿前往中國附醫健康中心體檢，該區間尚未開放新生體檢！

3.休學生無須執行體檢，待復學後再依規定辦理。

 

※無法參加到校體檢者，辦理方式如下：

(二)自行至中國附醫體檢：

體檢時間：114年09月08日至114年09月30日止，採預約方式，預約截止日為9/26中午12:00，詳請見中醫大補檢注意事項。

體檢費用：規定期間內參加體檢者，享優惠價1200元/每人；逾期繳原價3930元。

(三)自行至衛福部評鑑合格之醫院檢查：

請自行下載「中國醫藥大學新生體檢表」，攜表至評鑑合格之醫院檢查。體檢費用依各醫院規定。

體檢報告須為開學前3個月內有效之報告，請於開學後二週內（9月26日前）繳交體檢報告至各校區健康中心衛保區：

  • 校本部（水湳校區）位於關懷大樓2樓，分機1250
  • 英才校區位於互助大樓4樓，分機1251
  • 北港校區位於教學大樓1樓聯合辦公室-學務組，分機1104

三、體檢注意事項：

1.檢查前請空腹8小時，禁食禁水。

2.當日請攜帶身份證 (非本國籍學生請攜帶護照正本+護照影本)、健保卡、檢查費用。

3.檢查當日請著輕便服裝（勿著有扣子或金屬成分裝飾的內衣褲），請勿攜帶貴重物品（例如：項鍊、戒指等）。

為維護現場服務品質與作業流程順暢，現場僅提供體檢服務，恕無法臨時安排名額，敬請見諒及配合，謝謝!

 

 

 

Information for CMU New Students’ Physical Examination

According to the regulations of the Ministry of Education, all schools should establish a student health management system and arrange physical examinations for students regularly. In order to keep track of students’ health conditions and prevent infectious diseases, all CMU new students should complete physical examinations as required.

A. New students enrolled in the first semester of the 114th academic year (Fall, 2025) (including undergraduates, master and doctoral students, returning students, transfer students, and international students).

B. Examination Method:

a. Attend the on-campus health check for new students:

Location: Humanities and Arts Center (2nd Floor) in the Historic Building.

Time: Students of each department should arrive promptly according to the scheduled time.

★Notice for the physical examination:

  1. Please fast (no food and drinks) for 8 hours before the examination.
  2. Please wear light clothing (do not wear underwear with buttons or metallic decorations). Bring your ID card (or passport and its copy if you are an international student), NHI card (if any), and the examination fees (NT$ 1200). Do not bring valuable belongings (ex: necklaces, rings, etc.)

※ For those unable to participate in the on-campus health check, please follow the procedure below:

  1. Examination location and fees:

(1) China Medical University Hospital- 8F, Center of Health Evaluation and Promotion:

  • The deadline for making a reservation is September 26 at 12:00 noon.
  • For information regarding the available appointment times, please refer to the CMU Supplementary Examination Guidelines (link attached)
  • The location of China Medical University Hospital-Center of Health Evaluation and Promotion:  The center is the back building of the acute and critical care building - Health Medical Center (Wuquan Road and Jinxin Street), next to the Wuquan three-dimensional parking lot.

(2) If you wish to go to another hospital for the examination, please go to a regional hospital or a higher-level hospital. The examination fee will vary according to each hospital’s regulations. Please download the physical examination form and bring it with you. Below is the list of other hospitals in Taichung for your information:
