​ 新生體檢專區

為維護學生健康及校園公共衛生安全，本校新生入學時應依規定完成健康檢查並繳交體檢報告。透過健康檢查可及早發現健康問題、及早治療，並有助於傳染病防治及健康管理工作。未依規定完成健康檢查者，除可能影響相關權益及後續健康管理作業外，如因隱匿或未配合相關健康管理措施而涉及法令規定者，應自行負擔相關責任。請同學務必依期限完成健康檢查並繳交體檢報告。

法源依據如下：

  • 教育部《學校衛生法》第8條：「學校應建立學生健康管理制度，定期辦理學生健康檢查。」
  • 《學校健康檢查實施辦法》第4條：「學校辦理新生入學時，應進行學生健康基本資料調查，並做成紀錄。」
  • 《中國醫藥大學新生健康檢查實施要點》第5條:「未依規定於開學後兩週內完成健康檢查並繳交體檢報告（屬維護校園公共衛生安全及全體師生健康權益之必要資料）至健康中心之學生，經通知、催繳或輔導合計三次（含）以上仍未繳交，且無正當理由者，依本校學生獎懲辦法第六條第三款辦理。」
  • 《中國醫藥大學台中學生宿舍輔導辦法》第6條第2項第30款:住宿學生未依規定於開學後兩週內完成新生健康檢查並繳交體檢報告至健康中心，經通知、催繳或輔導合計三次（含）以上仍未繳交，且無正當理由者，取消住宿資格並依本校「學生獎懲辦法」辦理。
  • 《傳染病防治法》第62條：明知自己罹患第一類傳染病、第五類傳染病或第二類多重抗藥性傳染病，不遵行各級主管 機關指示，致傳染於人者，處三年以下有期徒刑、拘役或新臺幣五十萬元以下罰金。

一、實施對象：115學年第一學期入學新生(含大學生、碩博班、復學生、轉學生、外籍生)

二、檢查方式：(以下三種方式擇一)

（一）到校參加新生體檢(巡檢)：

體檢地點：校本部卓越大樓B2F國際會議廳廊道

體檢時間：早上08:00-11:30 ，11：00前須完成報到程序。請各系所依規劃時段準時前往，以免造成流程阻塞。

體檢費用：台幣1200元整/每人（費用於報到當日現場繳交）

體檢須知：

1.檢查前請空腹8小時，禁食禁水。

2.當日請攜帶身份證 (非本國籍學生請攜帶護照正本+護照影本)、健保卡、檢查費用。

3.檢查當日請著輕便服裝（勿著有扣子或金屬成分裝飾的內衣褲），請勿攜帶貴重物品（例如：項鍊、戒指等）。

4.為維護現場服務品質與作業流程順暢，現場僅提供體檢服務(依照系所分流)，恕無法臨時安排名額，敬請見諒及配合，謝謝!

備註：

  1. 於8/19(含)日期後才完成新生註冊之同學（含私醫聯招轉學生、碩博備取生）未列入9/1、9/2新生

      名單，請一律於9/7-9/30到中國附醫體檢或自行至衛福部評鑑合格之醫院體檢。

  2. 9/1前請勿自行前往中國附醫健康中心體檢，此區間尚未開放新生體檢。

 

※無法參加到校體檢者，辦理方式如下：

(二)自行至中國附醫體檢(補檢)：

體檢時間：115年09月07日至115年09月30日止，採預約方式，詳請見補檢注意事項。

體檢費用：於規定體檢期間內參加體檢者，享優惠價1200元/每人；逾期者繳原價3930元/每人。

(三)自行至衛福部評鑑合格之醫院檢查：

請自行下載「中國醫藥大學新生體檢表」，攜表至評鑑合格之醫院檢查。體檢費用依各醫院規定。

體檢報告須為開學前3個月內有效之報告，請於開學後二週內（9月21日前）親自繳交體檢報告影本至各校區健康中心或是寄送體檢報告檔案至電子信箱亦可。

四、其他說明：

1.因勞工體檢報告及外籍生簽證體檢報告內容與教育部規定之新生體檢項目差異較大，故不符合本校新

生體檢規定，仍須重新完成本校新生體檢，始得完成入學程序。

2.轉學生亦須完成新生體檢；如欲辦理休學者，得暫免繳交體檢報告，待復學時再行完成體檢。

3.巡檢及補檢期間皆無須自行攜帶新生體檢表；僅於非合約期間（9月30日後）至中國醫藥大學附設醫院

或其他醫院體檢者，須自行下載新生體檢表並攜帶前往。

4.體檢完成後，因醫院及衛保區尚需進行報告整理與作業流程，體檢報告約需50個工作天完成，後續將

通知班代或系辦協助發放領回。

 

 Guidelines for Health Examination
New Students Admitted inFall,2026 

To protect student health and maintain campus public health and safety, all new students are required to complete the health examination and submit the health examination report in accordance with university regulations upon enrollment. Health examinations help identify potential health issues at an early stage, facilitate timely treatment, and support communicable disease prevention and health management efforts.

Students who fail to complete the required health examination may affect their related rights and interests as well as subsequent health management procedures. In addition, students who conceal relevant health information or fail to comply with required health management measures, thereby violating applicable laws or regulations, shall be responsible for any resulting legal liabilities. Students are therefore advised to complete the health examination and submit the required report within the prescribed deadline.

. The legal basis is set forth as follows:

  • Article 8 of the School Health Act promulgated by the MOE:

“Schools shall establish a student health management system and conduct regular student health examinations.”

  • Article 4 of the Regulations Governing the Implementation of Student Health Examinations:

“When admitting new students, schools shall conduct a survey of students’ basic health information and maintain relevant records accordingly.”

  • Article 5 of the China Medical University Guidelines for the Implementation of New Student Health Examinations:

“Students who fail to complete the required health examination and submit the health examination report (which is considered essential information for maintaining campus public health and protecting the health rights of all faculty and students) to the Health Center within two weeks after the start of the semester, and who, after being notified, reminded, or counseled three (3) times or more, still fail to comply without a legitimate reason, shall be subject to disciplinary action in accordance with Article 6, Paragraph 3 of the University's Regulations for Student Awards and Punishments.”

  • ​​​Article 6, Paragraph 2, Subparagraph 30 of the Dormitory Guidelines for China Medical University (Taichung Campuses):
    "Students residing in university dormitories who fail to complete the required new student health examination and submit the health examination report to the Health Center within two weeks after the start of the semester, and who, after being notified, reminded, or counseled three (3) times or more, still fail to comply without a legitimate reason, shall have their dormitory eligibility revoked and be subject to disciplinary action in accordance with the University's Regulations for Student Awards and Punishments."
     
  • Article 62 of the Communicable Disease Control Act:

“A person who knowingly suffers from a Category I communicable disease, a Category V communicable disease, or a Category II multidrug-resistant communicable disease, and who fails to comply with the instructions of the competent authorities at all levels, thereby causing transmission to others, shall be subject to imprisonment for a term of up to three years, detention, or a fine not exceeding NTD 500,000.”

  1. Eligible Participants: All newly admitted students for the Fall Semester of Academic Year 2026, including undergraduate students, master’s and doctoral students, readmitted students, transfer students, and international students.
  2. Health Examination Methods: Please complete the health examination by choosing one of the following three methods:

(1) Participate in the on-campus health examination (group screening):

 

  • Location: Corridor of the International Conference Hall, B2F, Excellence Building, Shuinan Campus
  • Time: 08:00–11:30 a.m. (Registration must be completed before 11:00 a.m.)

Please arrive at the examination venue according to the scheduled time assigned to your department in order to avoid congestion and delays in the examination process.

  • Examination Fee: NT$1,200 per person (Payment should be made on the day of examination.)
  • Students from the Beigang campus will undergo the group health examination on the morning of September 1 at China Medical University Beigang Hospital.

★Notice for the physical examination:

1. Students are required to fast for at least eight (8) hours prior to the examination. No food or water may be consumed during the fasting period.

2. On the day of the examination, please bring the following documents and items:

  • National Identification Card (international students shall present the original passport together with a photocopy thereof)
  • National Health Insurance (NHI) Card (if applicable)
  • Health examination fee (NTD 1,200)

3. Students are advised to wear light and comfortable clothing on the day of the examination. Undergarments containing buttons or metallic accessories should not be worn. Please do not bring valuables, such as necklaces, rings, or other personal accessories.

4. In order to maintain the quality of on-site services and ensure the orderly conduct of the examination process, only scheduled health examination services (arranged in accordance with departmental time allocations) will be provided. Additional walk-in appointments cannot be accommodated. Your understanding and cooperation are sincerely appreciated.

Remarks:

  1. Students who complete new student registration after August 19 (including transfer students admitted through the Private Medical School Transfer Admission Examination and waitlisted master’s or doctoral students) are not included in the September 1 and September 2 new student health examination roster. Such students are required to undergo the health examination either at China Medical University Hospital between September 7 and September 30, or independently at a Ministry of Health and Welfare (MOHW)-accredited hospital.
  2. Please do not visit the Health Examination Center of China Medical University Hospital for the new student health examination prior to September 1, as the examination service for newly admitted students will not yet be available during this period.

 

※ For those unable to participate in the on-campus health check, please follow the procedure below:

(2) Undergo the health examination at China Medical University Hospital (make-up examination):

  • Examination Period: From September 7, 2026 to September 30, 2026. Advance appointment is required. Please refer to the CMU make-up health examination instructions for further details.
  • Examination Fee: Students who complete the health examination within the designated examination period are eligible for the discounted rate of NTD 1,200 per person. Those who fail to complete the examination within the designated period shall be charged the regular fee of NTD 3,930 per person.

(3) Undergo the health examination at a Ministry of Health and Welfare (MOHW)-accredited hospital:

Please download the “China Medical University New Student Health Examination Form” and bring the form to an MOHW-accredited hospital for the examination. Examination fees shall be subject to the regulations and fee standards of each hospital.

The health examination report must have been issued within three months prior to the commencement of the semester. Please submit a photocopy of the health examination report in person to the Health Center within two weeks after the beginning of the semester (before September 21), or alternatively send a scanned copy of the report via email.

4. Additional Information:

  • Health examination reports for labor health checkups and visa-related examinations for international students differ significantly from the health examination requirements stipulated by the Ministry of Education. Therefore, such reports do not meet the university’s new student health examination requirements, and students are still required to complete the university’s designated new student health examination in order to complete the enrollment process.
  • Transfer students are also required to complete the new student health examination. However, students who intend to apply for leave of absence may be temporarily exempted from submitting the health examination report, and shall complete the examination upon returning to study.
  • During the scheduled on-campus screening and make-up examination periods, students are not required to bring the new student health examination form. Only students who undergo the examination at China Medical University Hospital outside the designated contract period (after September 30) are required to download and bring the new student health examination form with them.
  • After completion of the health examination, hospitals and the Health Center require approximately 50 working days to process and compile the reports. The completed reports will be distributed later through class representatives or departmental offices.
